My Approach

There are a lot of ways out there to eat. Ultimately, any quality plan has the same vision – Simply put, eat real food of good quality. That’s my philosophy as well. Eat real food, in its whole, nutrient-dense, properly prepared form of appropriate proportions and proper timing. Where my program differs is it takes into account your bio-individual needs. What your mom or your best friend or even your nutritionist needs is not necessarily what you need. As a nutritional therapy practitioner, my programs take into account your individual needs, goals and current health to help you come up with a plan that will actually work for you. We don’t deprive ourselves or focus on what we can’t have, but rather find a relationship with our food that leaves us feeling satisfied, fearless and capable. We embrace and enjoy every bite

A personal and holistic approach to your nutrition and wellness. If you are looking for a specific plan for your bio-individual needs with the benefit of added assessments, accountability, and coaching, this is for you. Using your body’s innate intelligence, we can discover your nutritional needs and develop a plan to address them through a properly prepared, whole food diet and lifestyle changes.

  • $150 (one 90-minute session): Initial assessment and collaborative plan/recommendations

  • $350 (3 sessions within 1 month): Initial assessment + 2 follow up sessions

  • $600 (6 sessions within 2 months): Initial assessment + 4 follow up sessions + reassessment

  • $1000/month (ultimate package): Initial assessment + daily email and logging accountability + weekly phone call check-in
