Keto? Paleo? Vegan? Flexible dieting? Macros? Eat clean? What the what?!?! You’re not alone trying to navigate the nutrition maze. But that’s why I’m here to help as your Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, to take the guesswork out.

My Approach

There are a lot of ways out there to eat. Ultimately, any quality plan has the same vision – Simply put, eat real food of good quality. That’s my philosophy as well. Eat real food, in its whole, nutrient-dense, properly prepared form of appropriate proportions and proper timing. Where my program differs is it takes into account your bio-individual needs. What your mom or your best friend or even your nutritionist needs is not necessarily what you need. As a nutritional therapy practitioner, my programs take into account your individual needs, goals and current health to help you come up with a plan that will actually work for you. We don’t deprive ourselves or focus on what we can’t have, but rather find a relationship with our food that leaves us feeling satisfied, fearless and capable. We embrace and enjoy every bite

Thanksgiving... a time to gather with friends and family, walk/run a Turkey Trot, eat scrumptious food, watch some football, play some games, partake in old traditions and make new ones. Also a time when we can get so far in our head about our food decisions that we create a stress mess. Let's approach our holiday meals with gratitude, compassion and confidence.

What would your Grandma say?

There is NO EXCUSE FOR EATING LIKE CRAP! For real guys. If our great great grandparents listened to how we obsess and talk about food all the time, they would think we are batshit-cray-cray. If they saw the things stocked on our grocery store shelves they would be confused (and then disgusted) when they found out what was in the stuff we call “food”.
